  1. Who qualifies for this program?

    Van Line Express will assist any referral from a Real Estate Office or Associate that is moving state-to-state and needs moving assistance or counsel.

  2. What type of moves can the program assist with?

    Van Line Express assists with long distance (over 50 miles), interstate (state-to-state), and international moves.

  3. FREE? How can Van Line Express be FREE?

    Van Line Express generates revenue through referral fees paid by our moving partners for completed moves. This model ensures the best possible outcome for all parties involved: Our moving partners receive more business, your clients benefit from services they could not get on their own, and you add value to your services in the eyes of your clients. This program is proven to make moving less stressful and more competitively priced. With this model we have successfully moved thousands of families over the past 20 years, making their moves easier while saving them money.

  4. Which moving companies does the Van Line Express program utilize?

    Van Line Express only partners with the nation’s leading Van Lines including but not limited to: Allied, Atlas, Bekins, Mayflower, North American, and United. Each Van Line agent is carefully selected based on location, hauling capabilities and level of service. This methodical selection process is one of the key components to a successful transition for your clients.

  5. Once my client is enrolled, how will the process proceed?

    • To start, each of your clients is assigned a dedicated Move Counselor to guide them through the moving process and act as their sole point of coordination.
    • Next, the Move Counselor conducts a needs analysis session with your client to help identify the multiple Van Line agents who are best matched to perform free on-site surveys (in most cases three estimates).
    • Once the household goods surveys are completed, the Move Counselor audits each estimate thoroughly. All pertinent information is communicated, to your client, empowering them to make an informed decision. Based on your client’s decision, the Move Counselor notifies the selected Van Line and handles the details for the client. The Move Counselor monitors the entire process, confirming VIP customer status with our moving partner, and acts as your client’s advocate, end to end.
    • Finally, to ensure complete satisfaction and provide reassurance throughout the move, the Move Counselor will reach out to your client on pack, load and delivery days. We are with your client through every step of the move.

  6. How does Van Line Express help agents close more business?

Van Line Express takes the stress out of the moving process for your client.   7. How do I get started?

    Fill out the Agent Enrollment Form to activate your account. Again the service and personalized marketing assistance is offered to you at no cost.
